If your feet could speak, what would they say about you, Mine would say, that I do to much for other people, That I'm hard on myself, that I need direction or to be happy in the direction that I am going,
they would indicate I need to drink more water, but like so many others, I tend to not listen to what they say until I stub my toe, get a blister or someone steps on them. "so what" I can hear you say, but think about it, Your feet hold your Full Body weight, every day they are under pressure & strain, & did you know, each foot has 26 bones, 14 Phalanges (toe bones), 5 Metatarsals (long bones), 3 Cuneiforms (wedge bones), 1 Navicular (boat shaped) 1 Cuboid (like a cube), 1 Talus the weight Bearer carrying your body weight as you take each step & 1 Calcaneus (heel bone), so just think each time you lift & place your foot on the ground whilst walking these bones are at work, so when you have an ache in your foot or before someone steps on them, give them a loving thought, give them a massage or treat them to a Reflexology Treatment, they will thank you for it, as they carry you further each new day. carole Connor

Your feet are more than just your feet that carry you around all day, everyday, supporting your entire body weight, skeletal, muscles every inch of you carried around by your feet, messages being sent round your body via neurons, nerves & blood vessels, the world at your feet is very true, as your feet are closest to the ground, so a pain in the foot or feet is an indication to you to pay attention to, be more of aware of yourself & your surroundings,
love your feet as much as they love you www.southendreflexology.co.uk |
